The thematic investment deduction allows companies to deduct an additional 40% of the investment amount from taxable profit, on top of the standard tax depreciation.
This increased deduction is intended for investments that contribute to: renewable energy, energy efficiency, carbon-free mobility.
The measure applies to new investments made from 1 January 2026, provided they meet the statutory conditions set out in the investment lists and tax regulations.
