Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Jason Geerardyn

Jason Geerardyn

Jason Geerardyn (31) is the founder and CEO of Powermaniacs and brings over 15 years of experience in the electrical sector, including four years with a strong focus on renewable energy. He began hands-on on site at a young age and progressed to project manager and later to sales professional. This unique career path gives him in-depth insight into what is required to deliver technical projects successfully.

Thanks to experience on the side of installers, clients and manufacturers, Jason has an excellent understanding of how technical, practical and commercial interests converge within a project. This broad perspective enables him not only to design complex installations correctly, but also to ensure they are executed efficiently and delivered successfully.

With a background spanning engineering, practical execution and commercial processes, Jason combines technical depth with sharp market insight. As founder and CEO, he translates this combination into well-considered solutions that are not only sound on paper, but also work in practice and deliver demonstrable added value for the client.

It is precisely this approach — engineering-driven, practice-oriented and results-conscious — that forms the foundation of Powermaniacs and distinguishes the company as a reliable partner for electrotechnical and energy projects.

Throughout his career, Jason has been active at leading companies within the sector, gaining experience from multiple perspectives. On the installer side, he worked at Decat Energy Technics and ESE, among others, where he developed in-depth expertise in electricity and renewable energy. On the client side, he strengthened teams at BeauVent (solar panels) and Upgrade Estate (technical systems), where he gained insight into clients’ needs, expectations and decision-making processes. Jason later worked at Smappee, a pioneer in energy management and charging solutions, where he became closely acquainted with the manufacturer side of the market.

What drives Jason?

Jason is driven by developing efficient, sustainable, and fully bespoke solutions, starting from the client’s real needs. No unnecessary products, no standard solutions, but well-considered choices that deliver demonstrable added value and results. His approach is clear: only proposing what makes technical, financial, and practical sense.

He delivers projects with clearly defined objectives and high expectations, which he consistently exceeds — both technically and economically, and always supported by an exceptional level of service. For Jason, a project does not end at the design stage; success lies in correct execution and long-term client satisfaction.

In addition, Jason places great importance on complete peace of mind. He acts as a single, dedicated point of contact and remains closely involved throughout the entire process — from initial analysis and engineering to installation and handover. This involvement ensures transparency, trust, and smooth collaboration, without surprises.

His journey, which began as a student worker pulling cables and grew into an entrepreneur now delivering complex energy and electrical engineering projects, reflects his conviction that with passion, experience, and perseverance, anything is possible. This mindset not only forms the basis of his personal drive, but also of the way Powermaniacs approaches and executes projects.
